5. Intellectual Property Policy

Nextria is dedicated to protecting our intellectual property and respecting the rights of others.

  • Protection of Proprietary Technologies: Our technologies, including CastleGuard AI and the Évia model, are proprietary and subject to licensing terms.
  • Customer Rights: Customers may fine-tune models like Évia for their internal use but are restricted from distributing or commercializing derivative models without an additional paid license.
  • Use of Data: Customer data and documents remain the property of the customer, and we do not retain or utilize customer data outside of approved processes.

6. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Our EULA provides guidelines on the permissible use of Nextria products.

  • Licensing: Licenses are granted to named users as per the terms agreed upon, and usage is governed by user access controls to ensure compliance with licensing limits.
  • Restrictions: Unauthorized copying, modification, or disassembly of our products, including CastleGuard AI, is prohibited.
